So I’ve been reading this new book about the bible, its validity, and how to study it. Its good.

This point jumped out at me huge yesterday so I thought id share it.

Herbert Spencer is claimed to be the man who discovered the categorizing of all the things in the universe. He simply said that everything can fall into 5 categories; time, force, action, space, and matter. The world hails him as a great scientist for this.

Genesis 1:1

“In the BEGINNING(time) GOD(force) CREATED(action) the HEAVENS(space) and the EARTH(matter).”

No explanation needed here. Hebert stated the obvious!
